Yifu HU is a Chinese model-turned-photographer exploring the boundaries between art, portrait and fashion photography.

With a background in psychology, fashion trend forecasting, and especially model industry, Yifu is trying to build a unique visual language using his sensitivity that only he could possess.

“My background in both psychology and fashion trend forecasting have been extremely valuable for me in this photo industry, which gives me a very different perspective being as a model and a photographer afterwards. Furthermore, having taught fashion courses in a Chinese art university for three years also allows me to dig deeper within myself and strengthen my ability in creative direction field.”
